We want you to love Wildfolio. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Wildfolio subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select the transaction and choose "Request a refund."
  3. Or contact our support team and we'll pass your request to Paddle for processing.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you'll continue to have full member access until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made.

After 30 days

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds for an unused portion of a billing period are evaluated case-by-case by Paddle in line with their refund policy. We're happy to advocate on your behalf where appropriate.
